Re: Mint 18 KDE and Telegram (telepathy-morse package)
Hi "jazz.h" You mentioned installing the Telegram Messenger Desktop application, so what do you think of it? It is supposed to be secure. Hmmm, I'm not so sure. It's more secured than Viber, but less then Signal. I like it because you can send to yourself anything from PC to mobile and vi...

But Franz is a news to me. Is it safe to use? I noticed Viber and Signal are missing.

Excellent finding.
Could you please modify it for MATE version (file manager caja instead of nemo)?
Thx!

Mint 18 KDE and Telegram (telepathy-morse package)
Running Mint18 KDE really great, congrats to Clem the Team. KDE Connect running fine with my Nexus 5. :D I noticed though that Online accounts wont add Telegram account, always saying: This IM Account cannot be created - a Telepathy Connection Manager named 'morse' is missing or it cannot handle pro...

Re: Linux Mint 18 + Keep Linux Mint 17.3 ?
No, it is a bad idea, as Reorx wrote. For example: There are applications in Mint 18, which are not available in previous versions (X-apps) and vice versa). Sooner or later it will confuse the settings in your home. You're right, didn't think of it. That's it then, making triple separate boot then,...

Re: Linux Mint 18 + Keep Linux Mint 17.3 ?
I was also sceptical about upgrade, but I admit dual booting with one home partition is an excellent idea. In my case it would be triple boot (I have win, too). My Mint 17.3 is currently in a single partition, which means I would have to migrate home to a new partition, and then install Mint 18. Any...

Excellent font and icons, thx.marlenejo wrote: The font is called cuprum. As for the icons set, I am sure you can recognized it. I don't think Bill will like it if I post a link here but it's on "gnome-look.org" under the windows "XX" transformation pack.

I have installed Simplenote and I must say I'm very amazed with the simplicity and a beautiful dark theme, which is also available in the android version. Sync works great.
