I'm thinking I'll create a PPA of the e17 svn.
Then you could just use it to install on the Main release.
You could then use one of the backgrounds installed with Linux Mint 11.

I just made packages out of the svn for Ubuntu.
I have even made some into packages that aren't in the repos.
I'm running e17 on Xubuntu 11.04 with only one problem which cause xpm icons not to load.
I wonder if I could make an e17-svn PPA.

Well the package dropbox actually installs dropbox-nautilus so that may be the problem.

Ok try my menu and see if you like it better.
Extract and put somewhere you won't delete it.(save .menu to ~/.config/menus)
Just select Use custom file and point it to this one.(xfce-applications-custom.menu)
