I might return this and get something listed that I know will work. The camera might be defective even.

I tried installing directly from dev site and this is what I got, but in the software app it installed, so evidently the current version of Mint isn't compatible?

Yeah, POST and Bootup and going into the GUI takes a lot longer with this plugged in.

One thing of note, since plugging in the webcam, bootup takes longer, including POST.

I've never even deliberately used it. I just went in it and removed all but one backup!

So I would want to resize or eliminate timeshift sda4 and give more space. I'd need to boot with install usb thumb, right?

As you can see, I have some hard drives for storage, 2 of them are starting to die though. Mostly redundent. sda is the 480 GB SSD.

I did go through about 10 attempts to install POPOS and 2 attempts to install Windows in Virtualbox and I wonder if, despite me telling it to delete them, that they are still there? If that is the case, how do I go about cleaning it up?
