Re: Which wifi card on my LMDE5?
Exactly what is the model# of the Intel wifi card in your PC? It's not shown on your output. I am running an Intel Wireless-AC 8265NGW Dual-Band on LMDE5 and it works flawlessly (out of the box). I am running an Intel Wireless-AC 7260 Dual-Band 7260.HMWWB.R H/T on another LM 21.1 laptop, flawless (o...

Re: Cannot boot Linux 21 on SSD
You stated: My SSD is partitioned as: Partition 1 (sdb1) BIOS Boot 1.0MB Partition 2 (sdb2) FAT (swap) 538MB Partition 3 (sdb3) Ext4 (Filesystem) 119GB Mount point should be sdb1 (if I am not mistaken, but I could be), but that partition is only 1.0MB. My boot partition is 512MB. Maybe you can incre...

Re: Bluetooth Adapter Not Found
I remove all Broadcom wifi/bluetooth cards from my laptops and install Intel 7260.HMWWB-AC or Intel 8265NGW-AC cards which work fine, without loading any new drivers, etc. Cheap on eBay.
Broadcom cards are too much trouble. Even if the Broadcom cards work, I replace them anyway.

I use Signal for that purpose. You send a messages via Signal, but others must have signal installed, also.

Maybe run this in Terminal: sudo journalctl -u bluetooth.service I have no problems with bluez blueman in LM21.1 or LMDE5. But, I have been using "bluetuith" instead, and my connections are trouble-free. See this post: https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=378335&p=2281...

Re: Nvdia/nouveau driver fail
This may help.
First check Secure Boot is disabled in your BIOS settings.
Install the packages:
sudo apt install nvidia-340-updates nvidia-340-updates-dev xorg-modulepath-fix
Reboot.
You should have the NVidia drivers 340.108 running fine.

Re: MacBook Pro Battery says, "Fully Charged" but always stays at 0%
Remove the DC battery and clean both the battery terminals and the battery terminals on the laptop.
Laptop batteries usually last 3-5 years, so the battery may need replacing.
Good luck.

Re: Vanessa: touchpad issues
You can try by installing the "evdev" drivers:
apt install xserver-xorg-input-evdev
If that doesn't work, uninstall & install the default xserver-xorg-input-libinput drivers:
apt install xserver-xorg-input-libinput
Maybe check the touchpad settings in BIOS.

I don't have any problems with bluetooth on LM21.1 or LMDE5, using blueman. But, I recently began using Bluetuith, which works better for me than blueman.

You may wish to install Bluetuith. For me, on 4 LM 21.1 Cinnamon PCs, it works much better than blueman, etc.
Just google "bluetuith".
