Each time I boot my computer I get these missing firmware warnings. (r8169 & i915).
I had them with previous Linux Mint versions and they are still there with my present version Linux Mint Cinnamon 20.
What are these warnings and should I be concerned?

Hi gael33, Try creating a link rather than a launcher: navigate to the exe file in.wine, right click it and then click on 'create link'.
