What I'd really like...

Postby Muzer » Fri Aug 28, 2009 7:10 am

...is to see this package in the repos:
http://www.francescosantini.com/index.p ... ux&lang=en

(second from bottom in the page)

compilation instructions: http://www.francescosantini.com/files/g ... jaunty.txt

Any chance of it happening in the near future? I'm not asking for them to be installed by default (though that would be lovely), just to be *there*.

Although the version on the site is compiled against 4.2.2, it works flawlessly on the latest KDE in the repo (4.2.4). You'll probably need to recompile it in 4.3 though, even if it does still work, because it might have bug fixes. If you have problems with the instructions I've been compiling it for a while (that's my build for amd64 ;)) so I can help, though I assume you'll be fine.

it installed fine in 4.2.4 but I have not played enough with it yet (or compiled it either).
