N00B interested in supporting the project

Hello,
I am brand new to linux mint and I really love what I see so far. I am interested in supporting the project through coding or other means. Would love some tips or being pointed in the right direction or connected with the right people to get involved and provide support.

Please let me know where someone like myself might be most beneficial to the project.
