I'd like to know why the XFCE takes too long to be released. In my opinion is the best, i don't speak for the others, but it would be great to have all the versions at the same day.

It's simply a matter of time and priorities. The Cinnamon and Mate versions are simply far more popular. That means they come first. Trying to manage feedback on that many betas and RCs at the same time would be too much.
When I give opinions, they are my own. Not necessarily those of any other Linux Mint developer or the Linux Mint project as a whole.

The only way to do this would be to delay all the others until the last one was done too. How does that benefit anyone?
