My post on the blog has been waiting for a moderator to approve for quite a few hours, so I'll add a note here.

I have Mint 19 (Xfce) in a VM. All updates applied and version 1.1.3 of mint-upgrade-info installed. Even rebooting the VM still has upgrade to 19.1 only available.

This may be an issue with Xfce only, not sure. I do see 2 other posts on the blog having the same issue, though I don't know which DE they're using. Like me, they didn't say.

No, that's working as intended, you can only go step by step, the upgrader doesn't support selecting a target release. But see my post here: viewtopic.php?p=1666699#p1666699

Your solution is fine for me, but Clem does say this regarding 19.0 > 19.2:
Make sure mint-upgrade-info is up to date (it’s at version 1.1.3 right now). You should be able to upgrade straight to 19.2 in only one go.

Clem just patched mint-upgrade-info so now you'll go straight from 19 to 19.2 but on the other hand will be unable to go to 19.1 (which is apparently how it worked on 18.x as well).

Thanks. Yeah, went through the same thing with either 18-18.2 or 18.1-18.3. That time I did the Linux Mint Two Step, but as I haven't yet applied your solution, this time I'll try the skupgrade.

There seems to be a problem with AMD GPUs and triple screens.
