OK... and if I tell you I know the final release date ?
Probably: 30/06/2020 why ? because of the table below I just compiled. You can't know for sure. But you can estimate based on past experience.
Took me some time in the mint blog to get all the betas and final releases dates from the posts, Hope you like it.

Do you mean they release a BETA, then they release the stable ones within 15 Days?
If so, That's cool!
All depends on how well things go and most showstopper bugs have been fixed. Usually the final stable comes two to three weeks after the Beta has been released. But as said before, if you run the Beta already you can keep updating it so in the end it will become the final stable release.
Here you can follow the testing of the iso's and rather they have been rejected or approved: https://community.linuxmint.com/iso
Once the iso's have been approved it will take a couple more days before they are actually released. Always wait for the official release announcement to be made and do not trust sites that put up download links even before the announcement has been made. OMG!Ubuntu is one of those sites that did exactly that with the current Beta. If there is one thing i can't stand it's sites or people posting links to the iso's even before they are officially announced and released.
'Approved' doesn't mean that they are 'released'.

Dell Latitude 7490 Mint 21.3 Ker 5.15.0-101 Cinn 6.0.4
Been running 20 beta Cinnamon on an old MacBook probably a little to much for a dual core CPU and 2Gb RAM really.
So the sluggishness is to be expected. Most everything seems OK though with the exception I had to open a Libre Office document my opening Writer first and then open the document from there - I could not open the document directly from the Documents folder. The other problem I had was I could not edit an applet.js file as root - the message was "the disk was not writeable" - never had that happen before.
Downloaded the stable MInt 20 that is on the mirrors now. After a clean install i'm running into a bug using fractional scaling, can someone test to see if they are getting this to? If I have Hi-DPI on and then turn on fractional scaling to anything below 200% once I click apply there will be a second mouse cursor stuck frozen on my screen. I can still move the actual cursor, but where ever my cursor was when I clicked apply it leaves a permanent copy of it on the screen until I turn off fractional scaling again. I even tested this on another PC without even installing the ISO and just running it off the USB and it did the same thing.
That's what you get when you can't wait for the official announcement... Maybe the iso's contain some bugs that need to be fixed and new iso's might be uploaded. It's possible because it happened before some years ago.
Since there hasn't been a official announcement and release yet, you're pretty much on your own and no support can be given at this point imho.
This topic is/was about the Beta release after all and not about the not yet released stable version.

Might be the case again.... These are two bugs that I've discovered yesterday, in the "stable" Mint 20 MATE:
1. Right-clicking with the touchpad on my laptop, has the same effect as a left-click. That's a rather serious bug.
2. When clicking on "All applications" in the menu, the categories have no icons. No biggie, but doesn't look nice.

Fractional scaling is an "experimental feature" - it doesn't work on my GT 710 card for sure. For HiDPI the only thing that works (for me) is "base interface scale = double" with "zoom = 200%". Also set HiDPI support enabled in the Login Window Settings.
