Problems with Openbox and Nemo Desktop

Hey,

I am having an odd issue after installing Openbox. Everything works great until i open up the file manager, Nemo. After opening Nemo, the background in Openbox changes and I can no longer right click on the desktop to get the Openbox menu. Now when I right click I get the Cinnamon desktop options of "create new folder" "Open in terminal" etc. The same options you get in Cinnamon if you right click on desktop. The only what I have found to get back the Openbox desktop is to restart X. Even resetting openbox does not work. Opening Nemo is the only thing that has caused this issue as well.

I am pretty stumped on this one and not exactly sure where to even look. I checked Nemo settings and did not see anything that would cause this behavior.
