Does TWM work in Mint 17.1? ABANDONED

As above- does TWM window manager work in Mint 17.1? I've used it before in Debian, but in Mint it won't expand to form a useable window, and the menu only has "Exit" and some choices for glyphs.

It works in Ubuntu Trusty, which Mint 17/17.1 are based. Check this page and compare in Synaptic Package Manager to see if you have all of the dependency files installed :

Thanks. I've chcked the dependencies, and they all seem to be present. The only thing left is that perhaps it won't work with ati/radeon video drivers.

Never mind, there are plenty more to try......
