has anyone installed e21 using cinnamon 18? - solved.
found some commands to install e21 on mint 18 - so i was wondering if anyone has any success with e21 eso over cinnamon 18. thank you.

ran the commands in terminal and de21 loaded, but when i log in it still looks like cinnamon and not e. any clues how to make it appear? thanks.

ok on reboot and login you have to choose the enlightenment session in the top right of login window. it is very interesting.

i installed e21 over mint 18 cinnamon.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:niko2040/e19
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install enlightenment terminology
i got it to work but there are some issues with it and i need to know how to remove this?
i did each line as a separate terminal command. and not in bluk though it may be obvious to people oin the know. i am an old man and love linux but do not know or get command line stuff... thank you.

To remove it, use the Software Manager, Synaptic, or this command in terminal:
sudo apt-get remove enlightenment terminology
