Is there a Sarah package containing statically linkable X libraries, e.g. libXaw.a and friends?

Found it myself. libxaw7-dbg. It just took more creative guesses on spelling in synaptic search.

Is adding "[Solved]" to the topic the right way, or is there a "solved" button somewhere?

It's the only way. But it has to be done in the first post in the topic. That's the one that gives the title to the topic itself.

If your issue is solved, kindly indicate that by editing the first post in the topic, and adding [SOLVED] to the title. Thanks!
