The following programscrash if I use Compiz
Open Arena , Alien Arena, Miro , Mplayer - in fact everything that needs flgrx. I can't use ATI's restricted propriety drivers if I want Compiz but even if I did OpenGL games still don't boot. Is there any solution for this?

With the exception of the latest drivers (ver 7.11) you have to choose between Compiz and games I think
