I've searched through the forums and can't find anything about this. The only way to change fonts in Gnome 3 that I've found is through Gnome-Tweak (Advanced Settings). I can change the Window title font just fine, but nothing I do seems to affect the desktop font. And when I change the icon size to 66% the font size stays large.
I've changed Default font; Document font; but didn't try Monospace font because that usually messes up the font in terminal. There's the Text Scaling Factor slider at the top of the font configuration window that is set at 1.0. Should I change that, or does someone know if there's a better way to do this? Or maybe it can't be changed yet in Gnome 3?

I want to know how to do this too! Doesn't appear to be anything in the tips and tricks thread, but I'm happy for somebody to point out that I'm mistaken...
