Linux Mint 18.1 Cinnamon(64bit) extremely slow ethernet

Hey there,
I switched to Linux Mint a few weeks ago and i noticed that my Internet and my Download rates are way slower than they were on Windows. My Steam download rate dropped from about 5 MB/s on Windows to about 428KB/s and webpages take up to 30 seconds to load

Here's he report from ethtool:

Please run this command in Terminal and copy/paste the results back here. This will show us what drivers are installed for starters.
