Can't activate Cable Ethernet anymore Mint 18.3 [SOLVED]

I was turning on and off the network conneciton (Cable) and going to a USB Wireless card for some reasons
But not The GUI do not allow me to activate my Ethernet connection

If I click ON on the ETHERNET connection it says " CONNECTING" but never connect
