OS: Mint 18.3 sylvia
Kernel: x86_64 Linux 4.15.0-24-generic
DE: Cinnamon 3.6.7

~ lspci | grep Eth
01:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 0c)

obviously I did NOT plug out cable,sorry for my broken english，有谁遇到过没，还需要贴什么信息？
试了重启网络服务不行(systemctl restart networking，not woking)
拔网线再重插也不行
I have to restart my computer to get it back to normal（重启机器可以恢复）

Which cable does the system say is unplugged? Power? USB? Monitor? Ethernet? Mouse? Keyboard? Please, also post the results of inxi -Fxz
