Hello,
I have a Lenovo X200 that I've upgraded with an SSD and maxed out the RAM and the machine is working perfectly, except for the ethernet and wireless speeds.
The card lists as:
Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82567LM Gigabit Network Connection (rev 03)
My cell phone and other wireless devices routinely get far higher speeds (to the internet, measured sing speedtest.net) and with gigabit internet I've measured the other devices at 900+ down and 900+ up (wired) and roughly 300/400 D/U on wireless.
On this device I get about 180/300 D/U wired and 80/30 D/U wireless.
I've optimized my entire network, Cat6 everywhere and patch cables all Cat6 or better, GB switches, router (R9000) and as I said, other devices are exceptional.
Is this the best I can expect from this older device, even though it lists as a GB interface?

Re: Lenovo X200 Ethernet/Wireles Speeds
Wow, this is a great command. Thanks!
I've tested all the lines and cables and it's all smoking fast with newer hardware, but not with the Lenovo X200. Also, what's wacky is I get 190 down and almost 900 up on an old Macbook4,1 running ChromeOS, same cable, same port, etc. Macbook has a Marvell card and Lenovo an Intel.
Same cable, port connected with a Macbook Pro or my Dell E6440 and both of these get consistently 900D/900U or better.
I have a hard time believing it's anything on my network itself, which is all less than 4 years old from FIOS ONT to device for every component (we remodeled a house and I re-wired everything from scratch).
Like I said, if this is the best it gets I'm fine with it, but it's odd that both the Macbook4,1 and the Lenovo both have "gigabit" cards and I don't even get close to those speeds.
