New Mint Cinnamon LTS edition - when comes out?

Hi,
I use Cinnamon Mint LTS 'Maya' 64 Bit in an VMware Fusion virtual machine.
When comes a new Mint LTS based on the new Ubuntu LTS?
Gives then an upgrade path from LTS 'Maya' to the new LTS version?

It will be released when ready. Target is May 2014.
