How long will Mint 9 be supported?

Post by jokersloose »

With the release of 10 I was wondering how long 9 will be supported. I just installed 9 and it works wonderful see no reason to upgrade unless 9 isn't going to be supported for very long.

Thanks

James

Not real sure what you can see "new" from 8 to 9. Im sure there is something on the forums or in the blog or something or someone can tell you what the difference between the 2 are. Yes it was a freash install. The only way to go IMHO. LOL plus I don't know how to partition the hard drive so all I have to do is reinstall the OS. LOL But not sure how long 8 will be supported if not very long then upgrade if it will be supported for a while then if it ain't broke don't fix it. LOL
