VPN autoconnect not working
I setup my VPN (IPVanish) using Open VPN. When I manually turn it on, the VPN works. However. when I have my VPN set to autoconnect, when I reboot my lan connection is disconnected as is my VPN. I reenable them and they function just fine. I don't recall having this issue in Mint 17.3, 18.0, or 18.1.

Re: VPN autoconnect not working
Does anyone have any idea on how I can troubleshoot this?
Re: VPN autoconnect not working
I too am trying to set up an auto connect for the VPN. I have run across references of how to do it in past version, some show a check box in the edit connection dialog. Does anyone know the reason this was removed? Any alternative methods of setting up an auto connect would also be appreciated.
TIA
TIA
Re: VPN autoconnect not working
Autoconnect to wireless and VPN after boot or resume works correctly on Mint 18.2 KDE 64-bit. What desktop are you using?
Re: VPN autoconnect not working
The wifi on my system connects automatically when I boot but I must go into the network manager applet after each boot up and select the VPN. I have listed my System info below.

Re: VPN autoconnect not working
I have the same problem. It appears to be a known, still unresolved issue:
