Brother MFC-L2700DW
I have the above Laser Printer on my Network;however, I'm unable to Printer from my Computer but all the the other wifi devices are able to print as well as everything else; My computer doesn't have wifi capability but it is on the network so shouldn't I be able to find it via network which it does but still not allowing me to print the test page. I'm running 18.3 64bit Cinnanmon

Hopefully the printer is setup with a static ip address, in which case you can try to ping it or type the ip address into a browser and log into it.
If you can do this I would suggest following Pjotr's easy linux tips for setting up the driver.
