Proxy Settings - is there a fast and easy way to change?

Hello,

I am really wondering about the web proxy configuration in Mint. Is this still up to date?

Switching between networks with or without proxy is really annoying me.

Question is: is this still state of the art in Mint? Is there no GUI for fast switching?
