Split Tunelling - Assign Transmission to user VPN

Post by grimer »

Hi,

I have followed this guide to automate my vpn connection:

https://www.htpcguides.com/force-torren ... ntu-16-04/

The VPN is connecting upon system start:

sudo -u vpn -i -- curl ipinfo.io

My VPN user is 'vpn' and the usergroup is also 'vpn'.

How can I assign the standard Transmission desktop app to user/user group 'vpn' and run it from within my standard desktop?

Thanks,
