network disks not found

On linuxmint 20.1 I cannot open addresses such as 10.0.0.103 nor link to windows network . Message is cannot retrieve share list from server
I can ping the device . worked fine on 19.3
Errr : Failed to retrieve share list from server : Software caused connection abort Please select another viewer and try again
