is it true that: the ip-address that stays behind a certain domain-name is always assigned to the hosting-server on which the domain-name / the website is hosted.
or
it is possible that the ip-address behind a certain domain-name/website and the ip-address of the hosting-server/device where the domain-name/website is hosted are two different ip-addresses.
to what is assigned an ip-address that stays behind a domain-name?

Former. I.e., think of IP-addresses as street-addresses and DNS-names as surnames. When you move, former doesn't move with you, only latter does. City/hoster "owns" the street/IP-address, you own the sur/DNS-name
