How can I change my gnome shell theme? (SOLVED)

Postby Eternal Hawks » Sun Apr 22, 2012 6:11 pm

I want to change my gnome shell theme. There is a video on Youtube on how to do it but it requires a folder that is hidden (.themes) but when I looked for the folder its not there. Is there anything I can do to?

I don't know gnome-shell but in the terminal you can just create a new directory like this:

Code: Select all

mkdir .themes

Edit: Also you're posting this in the LXDE subforum and that's another story. What version of mint are you using?

I'm using the Mint 12 LXDE version. I bought the Linux magazine "In the clouds" and the dics came with it
