Mint iso download disappeared

Mint iso download disappeared

I've just downloaded the 18.3 KDE iso and I checked the hash using the terminal. After I closed the terminal I noticed that the iso download had disappeared from the Downloads folder. I've tried a search but nothing showed up. I'm hoping someone could tell me how this could have happened.

A file does not vanishes without a reason. Near to sure you have deleted it erroneously. Look into your trash bin. Otherwise: this is usually no problem, as you can re-download it again.

Thanks for your reply but all I did was close the terminal and the iso had gone. I've already downloaded it again. It's just confusing as I'm sure I didn't delete it accidentally. Oh well thanks anyway.
