Change Log
I want to keep a centralised electronic record of all changes made to my Desktop and Laptop. Currently, I record changes in a notebook. Can anyone suggest a simple way to do this ? Gnote seems to do this but how can I access the data from the other computer?

Depends if you are happy using Google to store stuff in the cloud..
If you are then Google Keep might be the way to go..
If you are adamant on using GNote, then you need some cloud storage (like Dropbox) & store your notes there...
