Mint Forums seem hard to access often

Mint Forums seem to be down (for me) with frequency (2X daily). I discovered that I can access the forum with Tor enabled in Brave browser but even right now without Tor I can not access the site with Brave or firefox.
I get the following screen

the forum was offline today for an hour or so, no one was able to access it

and, it has been slow because of some huge Backend Updates that needed to be run.

this was talked about yesterday or earlier even.

I have had problems for at least two weeks with the forum. I was not aware there was ongoing work being done

I have the same problem. Had to turn on vpn to excess the forum. I am using Cloudflare DNS if that matters.

and again
just logged in to reply and site is freezing for me again. Needed to turn on vpn and open the web in incognito window to access.
