how to download video from youtube proxy web

hey guys am using linux mint 13 kde realease and i have a problem youtube is blocked in my country they opened it few days ago but its not wokring in some areas well i have to study to for that i need to download videos from youtube
i use youtube proxies like allunblocked.com or bestyoutubeproxy.com etc
i dont know how to download video from those websites
wget command and clipgrab wont work i tried using firefox addons like flash video downloader and download helper but those are no help they give soo poor speed like 7kb/sec and i have 1mb connection please help me how can i download videos from net in linux please help
