cloud storage services?
I was an ubuntuOne user for some time and even managed to make it work in mint 15, until I switched to Fedora and stopped worrying about it. But now Im thinking again in having a backup of my work in some place and also host a few tutorials Im working on. What cloud storage app can you recommend that integrates well with Mint?
Re: cloud storage services?
I use http://www.4shared.com/ which offers 15 GB of free space, though to get the extra 5 GB you have to 'like' 4shared on Facebook.

If you have a gmail account, you can use Google Drive - 5 GB free.
Minus gives you 10 GB free.

And has a Minus Desktop App for Linux for syncing.

I was thinking in something similar to UbuntuOne, that can be started as a service and transparently upload files when I copy it to a directory.

Or, if you rent space on a server (or have your own network setup), there's Seafile and Owncloud.
I've had good experiences with all three, though Seafile is preferred.
