Hi,

You get access to the Support Center: http://linuxmint.com/support/

It's a web-based support system which you can use to:
- write support tickets and have them answered by the devs.
- write messages to the devs.
- chat with the devs when they're online.

The Support Center gets priority over the forums and other community support tools. Basically, when a developer logs in, the first thing he does is to check open tickets / online customers on the Support Center and answer their query.

Support covers Linux in general, not only specific mint applications (of course our expertise is better on our own products but we do support Linux in general). Also, the support is not restricted to technical problems, you can ask us anything related to Linux/IT, may it be general questions, things you want to know more about etc etc..

One of our customers recently asked us how to place a favicon in his web-page. If we know the answer we're glad to help, no matter how closely related it is to Mint. As a member of the Support Center you actively support our distribution so we give you as much time and attention as possible.

Clem.
