[SOLVED] liuxmint-art.org is the forum hacked?

Post by filozofio »

Every time I go to the linux mint forums, I get a request from linuxmintart.org, asking for my username and password. I have never been to linuxmintart.org, and it looks like foul play.

Does anybody know something about this strange behave at the forums?

I also get the popup asking for username and password, but only on the two threads that filozofio recently posted in.

I have a feeling that this filozofio is having a practical joke on us....

How the heck does he do it? It appears to be some black magic in his forum profile.

Remote avatar from that site (which is actually linuxmint-art.org and not llinuxminart.org).

Thank you... It was no joke... I was really concerned.

But I changed tha avatar, and the problem is gone...

The strange thing is that I dont remember changing the avatar. In any case, I have changed my password now.

Sorry for the inconveniences and thank you for the help.

It was linuxmint-art.org

It seems to have been my fault, anyway. Probably I put an avatar from that website, and at certain moment, the site began to ask for a password...
