[SOLVED] Forum software bug? IP ban?

When I go to the forum, I get to see an IP ban notice, informing me that I've been banned for a couple of months.
However, I'm still able to login normally.

As I'm not aware of breaching any forum rules, I assume that this is a glitch in the forum software. Perhaps more people are affected?

I have banned too.

The ban can bypass using VPN. An example in Opera Browser has VPN, which allows change IP and location.
