Two Monitors setup?

Hello, my name is Lars and im are new too Linux Mint.
I currently use a desktop pc with two monitors but i cant get the second monitor working.
When i turn on the second monitor and my main monitor. Both monitors says "No signal".
When i run the "xrandr" command in the terminal. I get this output:

I'm a little unclear about the meaning of this sentence. So was this two monitor setup working OK until recently? Or, are you just now going from a single to a two monitor system and cannot get it working?

What version of mint, what's your graphics card, and what graphics driver are you using?

My notebook has a HDMI socket and a VGA socket. I can run monitors off both at the same time. Some video cards provide both sockets but only let you use one, not both. You could run command inxi -Fxz and post the Graphics section.
