Mouse/touchpad freezes for seconds

After a few updates my mouse/tocuhpad randomly freezes and have to wait approx 5 seconds before it moves again. It is very annoying

I am using

I did already:
sudo rmmod psmouse
sudo modprobe psmouse
xset m default
but didnt help.
