update boot problems

Post by kc1di »

If you did the update recently to get protection from the meltdown thing and have problems booting your machine
this could be the reason why:

Code: Select all

The latest updates should take care of it.

Summary:
Kernel 4.4.0-108 = bad.
Kernel 4.4.0-109 = good.

From what I'm seeing here - not in the article - the 4.13.0-26 kernel won't allow installation of nvidia drivers.
