mint 18.3 nemo actions (contextual menu)

Hi everybody !
usually action files associated with the contextual menu of nemo are located in :
/usr/share/nemo/actions
or in
~/.local/share/nemo/actions
Actually i tried to introduce new files or simply validate the sample file.
No success ! Nemo ignores everything.
I did the job with previous rosa it worked perfectly.
Anybobody knows anything about that ?

You may need to close and restart Nemo.

Hello !
Without any suggestions I tried everything. Without any success. Finally I did it easily with Thunar much more convivial for this purpose.
