reset password in LM forums

I've looked all over this forum trying to find "reset log-in password". OK, I'll ask here. What do I do to reset my log-in password. Could anyone tell me where that piece of information is within the forum? And....BTW....how do I contact an administrator?

Try the contact us near the bottom right of almost every page
