Anyone else having trouble with there time not changing from the 24 hour format? if so how to fix the issue

Hi and welcome! I'm afraid that there are two things wrong with this post:
- You're asking about a beta, not the main edition.
- you aren't telling us your desktop enviroment, so even if someone is willing to help, they can't.
