Opera Stable is fixed

Post by kukamuumuka »

Finally Opera's maintainers have fixed libdbus-1-3 (>= 1.9.14) dependency bug in Mint 17 and LMDE. Now libdbus-1-3 (>= 1.6.18), so Opera installs like it should install and upgrades automatically. :D

Apparently there have been complaints in the Opera Forum from many users.
In my case about 4 months too late - I have gotten used to Vivaldi and learned to appreciate its advantages.
Arrogance, as Opera has done in the last few months, by first kicking out 32-bit (without any notification) and shortly after Mint 17 rarely does well.
