installing Hebrew typing on Tara Cinammon

hi
seems things have changed in tara.
i'm not sure how to include hebrew typing alongside english.

i also want to know how to make the win key + spacebar to change betwwen them

at the moment one of my tara computers got all the languages packs after i've installed them accidentely.

but the typing is in english only at the moment.

i don't know how to remove the languages packs at once as well...

can you assist? first with typing in hebrew and secondly in making sure in don't have packges i don't need.
