Since about a week ago, Linux Mint has been randomly logging me out several times a day for no apparent reason. When I log back in, all of my windows are closed and I have to recover my work. I am using a Toshiba Satellite L55-C5272 with the following system info:
• Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon 64-bit
• Version 3.6.7
• Kernel 4.15.0-29-generic
• Intel core i5-5200U CPU @ 2.2 Ghz x 1
• Memory 7.7 GiB
• Hard Drives 953.1 GB
• Graphics card Intel Corporation Broadwell-U Integrated Graphics
(My Broadcom wireless stopped responding several weeks ago, so now I use an ASUS USB-N13 wireless adapter .)
Thanks.

Re: Random Logouts in Mint 18.3 Cinnamon 64-Bit
The log outs are likely caused by a memory leak in the Cinnamon version used in Linux Mint 18. I only used 4.15 kernels on mine for a short time and noticed those log outs after suspend a few times. I never had an issue when I used the 4.4 kernels. Cinnamon in LM 19 is fixed
