Recently I upgrade my linux mint cinnamon installation from 18.3 to 19 and spotted that keyboard keys behaves differently.
Most noticeable when I change language with alt + shift. If I need to change keyboard language and start typing new word with first capital letter, I always first press alt, then shift, release alt, press first letter, release shift and continue to type word. After upgrading mint, first character is not capital anymore. Is it possible to make this sequence work again?
