Post by deepakdeshp » Wed Sep 19, 2018 6:56 am

Cosmo had provided me solutions for some tricky stuff.I am not even able to search him by name hence none of his posts are visible too.

I think this is the guy you mean:
memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=156173

Unfortunately, he's no longer active on this forum. He's had some arguments with some people, which led him to cease his activity.

It's a real pity, because he was very active, very helpful and very knowledgeable. It's a sore loss for this forum. :(

I must've missed it. Sad.

Being relatively new around here, i didn't lived much of him - but what had truly impressed me (besides his vast knowledge of course),
was that he was also extremely patient with the less inexperienced people as well...again & again...until the whatever-problem got fixed eventually...

I agree Cosmo was a valuable asset.

The Mint Forums have changed a lot thru the years. Moderation has changed as well as the content with the newest LM users.

he will be missed

So Cosmo not only got into an Internet fight, he also lost?

That must be about as embarrassing as getting killed by a falling frozen chunk of airplane-toilet "product."

Sad news. He seemed kind and helpful, and I enjoyed reading his posts even though I didn't understand all of what he wrote. The fault was mine, of course - he would dumb it down upon request, which is something that some experts in their field seem to feel insulted if you ask them to do.
