I go to Youtube or anyone of the other Video sites, and when I play a video, it plays for second, then Pauses the video for a second and it repeats this throughout the whole time the video is playing. I was on a Laptop hooked to HD TV yesterday and on Windows 10, I was on Youtube and the videos Played well.
This machine runs Linux Mint 19 Tara Cinnamon. It has an ASUS P8P67 Pro Motherboard. It has an Intel I7-2600 CPU, and 2 Nvidia Graphics Cards hooked by SLI. Our internet is 30 mbsp or better. I go to driver manager and I am running nvidia 340
Any idea what could be wrong here?
