Booting from USB stick take pause for 10-30 seconds with no USB mouse light and no light on USB stick then light up boot continue. Pause for USB ports reset ?
Terminal prompt color still just green for both user & root, LM 18.3 green for user red for root.
Simple System desklet not working.
SAMBA Windows Networking does not show anything, LM 18.3 show all devices.
Evaluated on Lenovo X220 laptop 4GRAm / 120G SSD

It would be helpful if you could submit your bugs as detailed in the LM 19.1 blog post.mint18 wrote:Just tested 19.1 64bit

Nothing got fixed, all reported problems persist, terminal user color still used for root account, SAMABA doesn't show up hosts, boot up still pause for 20-30 seconds before USB lit up.mint18 wrote: ⤴Fri Dec 07, 2018 9:56 pm Just tested 19.1 64bit

Desklet works, the only fixed 3rd party item which was fixed.

If you'd like to pursue resolving them, I would suggest posting each issue separately under a topic appropriate for each.mint18 wrote:Nothing got fixed, all reported problems persist ...

I noticed that icons on the desktop do not want to open, or if they do they take almost 1 second (or longer) to open. HTOP will not open from the desktop at all anymore. That is an issue.
NOTE: It does open if I launch it from the panel but not from the desktop.

What is your system and graphics adapter and flavor of Mint?MurphCID wrote: ⤴Fri Dec 21, 2018 10:07 am I noticed that icons on the desktop do not want to open, or if they do they take almost 1 second (or longer) to open. HTOP will not open from the desktop at all anymore. That is an issue.

I just upgraded from 19.0 and it worked fine before and now on an Asrock J3455 w/onboard Intel graphics. Htop loads any way it is possible. I have yet to find any issues so it may be system specific. I am using the xfce flavor of 19 and 19.1. Works a charm and the upgrade was easy...congrats to Clem and the team. The only trouble I can find with Mint is that it is so good that it is boring...nothing to fix.

Re: Just LM 19.1 test report
Had a really, really odd error; I bumped the touchscreen (which works under Mint), and the screen went completely black with a small blinking cursor in the upper left side of the screen. There was a small (maybe 1x1 inch) window with garbled colors. I had to hard reset the computer by holding the power button until it turned off. I then rebooted, and things worked fine. I have never seen that sort of error before. System report shows:

del self.tasks[task.pkginfo.pkg_hash]
